Human Resources Manager

Baghdad,

Duties & responsibilities:

1. Schedule and servicing meetings (taking and preparing all minutes) and appointments 

2. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

3. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary

4. Organize office operations and procedures

5. Coordinate with IT department on all office equipments. 

6. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

7. Coordinate contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers. 

8. Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting

9. Provide general support to visitors

10. Arrange process for new hires and interviews. 

11. Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

12. Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences. 

13. Monitor and prepare the required sales/other reports. 

14. Do data analysis for the required reports (sales, attendance, vacations,….)

15. Prepare and type the draft letters to the governmental/non-governmental institutions. 

16. Filing 

 

 

Requirements:

1. Very good in English speaking and typing. 

2. Professional in MS (Excel,word, power point & outlook)

3. Has previous experience for the related job. 

4. Flexible and cooperative. 

5. Adherent to the regulations of the company. 

6. Hard worker and able to work under pressure, has problem solving skills

7. Proven experience as an Office Administrative Assistant. 

8. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
